The Space
Layout
The Pirate and Princess House comprises two separate buildings, with a swimming pool and integrated hot tub in the central courtyard. On the golf course side of the property stands the main, three-story building, with an incredible, pirate-themed captain’s lounge, luxury kitchen, formal dining, serene balcony views of the golf course lake from the back of the house and views of the pool from the front.
On the street side of the property, you will find the one-bedroom in-law apartment, with pool views out back. This “Little Mermaid” themed apartment has its own living room and full kitchen with dining area, fridge, stove, dishwasher, and even a washer and dryer.
Lounge
This home boasts three enchanting living spaces for gathering and relaxing. In the Captain's Lounge, furnishings are nicely arranged around an enormous, hardwood entertainment center with a 65" HDTV (Disney+ and Prime Video subscriptions and cable included). Built-in shelving displays ocean artifacts, pirate curiosities and Tahitian treasures. The Captain’s Lounge is the perfect living space for family movie night! Cozy up with buckets of popcorn to watch Pirates of the Caribbean.
The freshly renovated Little Mermaid apartment, located in the second-floor in-law space, has beautiful deep blue walls that invoke an “under the sea” ambiance. The apartment living room has 1 queen daybed with 1 trundle and a large living space with a 65” HDTV (Disney+ and Prime Video included).
Sleep
In the main building of the Pirate and Princess House, you will find 4 bedrooms, each uniquely themed and professionally designed, including 2 primary bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, is located in the Little Mermaid Apartment. Large groups will appreciate additional comfortable sleeping options, including the Captain's Quarters, a full bed located in the Captain's Lounge, and a queen daybed with trundle, located in the Little Mermaid Lounge. The Pirate and Princess House sleeps 15.
Dine
The Pirate and Princess House includes 2 full kitchens and 2 dining rooms. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen in the main house has gorgeous tile floors and backsplash, granite countertops, cream-colored hardwood cabinets and stainless steel appliances including a gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and French door fridge with ice maker. Additionally, you’ll find an electric kettle, coffee maker, chef’s caliber knife block, toaster and blender. There’s also a pantry for your necessities. The Little Mermaid Apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with spacious coral-colored counters, hardwood cabinets, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric stove, sink, mini-fridge, dishwasher, and even a washer/dryer!
Swim
Outdoor amenities are a highlight of this extraordinary home. There’s a private, heated swimming pool with an integrated hot tub and waterfall feature. Kids will love splashing, playing and having mermaid pool parties. Plenty of pool toys, pool towels and tumblers for iced drinks! Lounge poolside with a good book and a cold iced tea, or work on your suntan. Beside the pool is a covered living/dining area with a gas BBQ grill. Great spot for a picnic or poolside cocktails.
